Good morning everybody and welcome to our first Tuesday of 2021!

HS students, you have live electives. MS students please attend your

appropriate office hours.

Be sure to be checking coupevillewolves.org for our weekly checklists, it will help keep you on top of your assignments moving forward.

The semester ends in 19 school days. That is enough time to improve

your grade...reach out to your teachers, counselor, Mr. Black or myself

now, so we can help lead the way! It is also enough time for your good

grade to drop. So, before that happens, reach out to your teachers,

counselor, Mr. Black or myself now so we can help you keep your

grades up! We are here for you! Please email or call the school and we

will be glad to assist you with whatever you need!

CMHS Dad Joke of the Day:

The salesman at the furniture store told me.....

“This sofa will seat 5 people without any problems.” I said, “Where in the

world am I going to find 5 people without any problems?”

Words of Wisdom...

This is Mr. Kappes with a few words of wisdom.

At former President Bill Clinton's inauguration, Maya Angelou recited her brilliant poem "On the Pulse of the Morning." Listen to her poetic wisdom:

Each new hour holds new chances for new beginnings.

Think about that. Every hour of every day offers us a new beginning. We can choose again and again . . . hour by hour.

We can choose to seek help if we have a problem. We can choose to be more honest with ourselves and the world around us. We can choose to love and not hate. We can choose to work hard at being the best we can possibly be.

Is there a part of your life you would like to change? Today, remember Maya Angelou and be the best you can be by grabbing hold of "new chances for new beginnings."

With something to think about, this is Mr. Kappes. Make it a great day . . . or not. The choice is yours.
