Words of Wisdom...
This is Mr. Phillips with a few words of wisdom.
Pablo Casals was a world-renowned Spanish musician, composer, conductor, and humanitarian. Now listen to these words he wrote from a piece entitled "You Are A Marvel":
". . . Do you know what you are? You are a marvel. You are unique. In all the years that have passed, there has never been another [young person] like you. Your legs, your arms, your clever fingers, the way you move. You may become a Shakespeare, a Michelangelo, a Beethoven. Yes, you are a marvel. And when you grow up, can you then harm another who is, like you, a marvel? "
Today, let's treat each other like the marvelous and unique human beings we are, and always search for nonviolent ways to resolve our conflicts.
With something to think about, this is Mr. Phillips. Make it a great day . . . or not. The choice is yours.
