those of you that missed it yesterday...I am going to email you a specific question
about today’s announcements later today. If you reply with the correct answer, your
name will be entered into a drawing. If your name is pulled, you will win a reward of
some kind...it might be a gift card to a Coupeville business, a t shirt or other CMHS
themed gear...or something else! What an easy way to be rewarded...and get credit
for attendance too. You have to have your attendance form submitted to qualify.
You see I am standing here outside this corner store about to go in and purchase
some new prizes...
For those of you that did answer yesterday’s question...What animal did you hear
yesterday? It was a cat or a kitten...I have two prizes for two of you...
When I decided to do this I imagined I would get maybe twenty replies...but I got...!

to get a chance to win!

fundraiser for our Senior class! That's right, the Race the Reserve Virtual event is still
open! You can run anywhere, anytime. Run 5k, 10k, a half marathon, a marathon, or
as far as you want! That's right, I guess you could even jog backwards and still be
supporting our Senior class. The cost is only $45 and you’ll receive a bib, medal,
T-shirt and swag bag.
Most importantly, proceeds go to support the Coupeville HS 2021 Seniors.

Words of Wisdom...
While reading social media, online news, or watching TV, you see that there is a lot of violence in the world. There is violence in our communities, our schools, and maybe even our homes.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said:
We have flown the air like birds and swum the sea like fishes, but we have yet to learn the simple act of walking the earth like brothers.
The Chinese say it another way:
All under Heaven: One Family.
Today, as we work and study together, think about this: Despite our many differences, we are all part of the human family. Remember Dr. King's words and be good to yourself and others.
With something to think about, this is Mrs. Phillips . Make it a great day . . . or not. The choice is yours.
